  1. Contact Us: To address any inquiries or schedule our services, contact us and fill the necessary information to get in touch with our dedicated team.
  2. Service Costs: After reviewing your needs, we will provide a quote of the service costs based on the discussed scope and frequency of visits.
  3. Property Visit, (For Interior and Exterior inspection only): A personal visit will identify, discuss and confirm the service level and any special requirements. The service contract will be reviewed to ensure all your needs are being incorporated. A sample of a home inspection “checklist” will also be presented.
  4. Keys / Alarm Codes, (For Interior and Exterior inspection only): The homeowner will provide keys and / or alarm codes to allow interior home access. Your keys and / or alarm codes will be uniquely coded and stored in a secure place.
  5. Home Check: Based on the contract terms, on site inspections will be conducted. Respect of the homeowner’s property will be paramount. Our vehicles will have no identifying logos or markings.
  6. Reports: A date and time inspection report and log will be completed during each visit.  Any issues will be immediately advised to the homeowner by phone, text or email.
  7. Billing: Payment is required at the beginning of the contract and the start of each month. Payment request will be invoiced and payment can be made by e-transfer, cash or credit card.
  8. On Your Return, (For Interior and Exterior inspection only) : Your keys and codes will be returned to you upon your return. We would be pleased to discuss your overall satisfaction with our service and issues or concerns. Your privacy is always respected and any personal referrals are very much appreciated.
  9. For an Exterior home watch inspection only: All the necessary arrangements will be made through email. As we won’t require access to the interior of your home, there will be no need for keys or alarm codes. Rest assured, our team will thoroughly inspect the exterior of your property to ensure its security and well-being. To proceed, we will send you the agreement via email, outlining the details of the service and any pertinent terms and conditions. Should you have any questions or specific instructions, feel free to communicate them to us via email, and we will be glad to accommodate your needs accordingly. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and convenient process while ensuring your home is taken care of during your absence.
  10. After Each Inspection: Detailed notes and photographs to document the condition of the property will be sent by email or text after each inspection.
