2. Person to Check On. (Your Loved One) – Every day we send them and automated call or text message at the same time you chose.

We say, ''Hi, this is your daily Help911 check-in if everything is fine press or enter 1, if you need assistance press or enter 2''.
They press or enter  1 = everything is fine. They press or enter 2 = we instantly alert the emergency contacts with calls, texts, or both — depending on what the subscriber selected.

No answer? We try 3 times. Still nothing → emergency contacts get advised immediately.

3. Preferences – Choose between English or French, Your Daily Check-in Method; Phone call or text message and how the emergency contact should be contacted; Call, Text or both.

Daily check-ins begin automatically the next day after you subscribe. You get peace of mind instantly.

What happens if my loved one doesn’t answer?
