• We say, Hi, this is your daily Help911 check-in. Reply OK if everything is fine or press 1 - Reply Help If you need assistance or press 2.
• They reply OK or press 1 = everything is fine.
• They reply HELP or press 2 = we instantly alert the emergency contacts with calls, texts, or both — depending on what the family selected.

No answer? We try 3 times. Still nothing → emergency contacts get advised immediately.

3. Emergency Contacts – Add up to two emergency contacts.

4. Preferences – Choose between English or French, Your Daily Check-in Method; Phone call or text message and how the emergency contact should be contacted; Call, Text or both.

5. Submit the form & Continue to Choose your Monthly or Yearly plan – Sign up for a Monthly or Yearly discounted Plan and submit your payment.
